The Premium Coaching Package is for self-motivated athletes that don’t need a lot of regular input but are looking for a personalised training programme specific to their goals.

12-week Training Plan

The 12-week Training Plan is perfect for athletes wanting a training plan to give them direction and structure leading to a particular event.
This option is also great for athletes that don’t need a lot of one-on-one revision.

4-6 Structured Plan

The 4-6 Structured Plan is perfect for athletes wanting a short-term training programme after coming back from injury, rebuilding during the off-season or leading up to an event.
